COVID-19 PREPAREDNESS

While we have always strived to provide the cleanest apartments available for patients, coming into the Texas Medical Center - we realize that in today’s environment, we must continue to even go above and beyond our normal operating & cleaning procedures. 

To assure that all of our apartments ‘surfaces (counter-tops, cabinets, appliances, etc.) are thoroughly sanitized and disinfected, our housekeepers use the following cleaner in all of our units

CLOROX HEALTHCARE BLEACH/GERMICIDAL CLEANER:

• EPA registered to kill a total of 50 microorganisms
• Proven efficacy against outbreak-causing viruses Influenza A and B viruses, Measles Virus, Norovirus, and Novel Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2
• Kill HAI-causing pathogens including C. difficile spores, TB, fungi, MRSA and VRE in 3 min or less
• Broad Spectrum disinfection efficacy against over 50 pathogens

Other TempStay Policies:

• Facemasks: TempStay has also instituted a mandatory facemask policy for all employees that are in the Texas Medical Center that will continue indefinitely. The safety of our residents and future residents is far too important to remove the proven mitigation of diseases/illnesses that proper mask usage can provide.
• Contactless Move-In: With assistance from the properties, TempStay is able to provide a contactless move-in. Once the rental agreement has been completed and payment secured, TempStay will email Move-In Instructions detailing how to access the property/parking garage and your unit without having to meet with anyone. This also allows you to arrive at anytime and get settled in, whether it be 2:00PM or 2:00AM.
