For Maintenance Emergencies (anything that can cause damage to the unit or make it unlivable), please complete below information for our records and contact our office ASAP at 713-772-4765 .

Note: If you are in a 2+ Bath unit, property maintenance does NOT consider 1 inoperable toilet to be an emergency, as the unit has a 2nd bathroom to use. Since TempStay does not manage the maintenance staff, we cannot guarantee it will be considered an emergency. 
Routine Maintenance






*Please Note:
 Selecting 'No' can delay fixing the request as it requires you to be present in the unit for the issue to be resolved and will put your request at the bottom of the queue if you are not present. MAINTENANCE EMERGENCIES ALWAYS GRANT PERMISSION TO ENTER.

If you are not present in the unit, pet(s) must be secured in a crate or in a room away from the maintenance issue location. Failure to do so can prevent repair. Owner is solely liable for any damages  or issues arising from pets in the unit.
