APARTMENTS FOR OUR CLIENTS - WHENEVER AND WHEREVER NEEDED

- We present one or more property proposals for your consideration
- You select a property, agreeing to a rental rate and with
your authorization …
- We immediately express payments and deposits necessary to
secure the lease, initiate utility connections, schedule household
deliveries and mobilize the many vendors required in the corporate
make-ready process.
ProjectHousing Rx EXECUTES AN APARTMENT LEASE
AGREEMENT(S) AND MATCHING TERM CONTRACTS FOR HOUSEHOLD GOODS AND
SERVICES.
ProjectHousing Rx PAYS ALL DEPOSITS; INCLUDING
SECURITY, UTILITIES, TELEPHONE, CABLE, HI-SPEED, FURNITURE, APPLIANCES,
HOUSEWARES & LINENS, APPLICATION FEES, SHIPPING, DELIVERY, SET-UP
CHARGES AND TAXES.
ProjectHousing Rx IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING
ALL RENTAL EXPENSES, BEGINNING WITH SECURING YOUR RESERVATION
AND THROUGH YOUR STAY AND DEPARTURE
ProjectHousing Rx' LIABILITY IS $5,000
- $10,000 PER APARTMENT, DEPENDING ON FLOOR PLAN AND LEASE
TERM
- In ProjectHousing Rx's name, with deposits and guarantees,
a lease is executed between ProjectHousing Rx (the Provider)
and the apartment management company. You execute a rental agreement
with ProjectHousing Rx. We become your landlord and you
become our resident
- In ProjectHousing Rx's name, with deposits and guarantees,
we establish connections for cable, Hi-speed, wireless if requested,
utilities including gas, electric, water and telephone· In
ProjectHousing Rx' name, with guarantees and with deposits,
we activate accounts which mobilizes vendors to provide, furniture,
linens, housewares, electronics, parking, cleaning and subscriptions
- During your stay the ProjectHousing Rx team is on call
for any request you have and ProjectHousing Rx manages
all the monthly and partial month's A/P including connections,
maintenance, payments, audits, and disconnects
- At departure, ProjectHousing Rx will disconnect services,
schedule pickups and dismantle the apartment, initiate final
cleaning and pay final bills
- Should you not select a corporate housing provider - all the
above becomes your responsibility.
Remember locations are selected based on your specifications,
if your needs include; location, mass transit,
commuting, limited access, proximity to goods and services, concierge,
travel time, family friendly surroundings, school districts, connections
to home, office and company network…please let us know.
- Eliminates establishing new accounts and resulting credit
inquiries
- ProjectHousing Rx can waive most security deposits
with responsibility waiver
- Depending on payment method or ability to pay, the granting
of credit may be revised
- Generally 90 day minimum stay
- Let ProjectHousing Rx be your corporate apartment provider
- Our only request is that you notify us when you have made
your short-term housing decision. This courtesy ensures we do
not continue our search on your behalf.
ProjectHousing Rx HAS THE ABILITY TO FLAWLESSLY EXECUTE
AND COMMIT THE RESOURCES NECESSARY TO CREATE HANDS-OFF CORPORATE
APARTMENT LIVING, WHENEVER & WHEREVER NEEDED
